Am I able to cancel my order or make an exchange for a new size/color? All items are custom made to your exact order/sizing. For that reason all are sales final. No returns. No cancellations or alterations of orders. No exchanges or refunds. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your shipping address, e-mail and telephone number. |
When will I receive a shipping update with tracking information? Once your custom made pair has been completed, you will be notified within 48 hours with your shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking number for your order. |
Do you ship international? We ship worldwide with your preferred shipping carrier. (we are not responsible for any international import/duty fees. If you choose USPS international shipping expect minimal tracking updates once it leaves the US. We recommend using the DHL shipping method. |
Do you offer an expedited option? You are able to expedite your order for shoes only. Order is guaranteed within 1-2 weeks. $50 per pair. Not available for other garments & accessories. |
