RETURNS & REFUND POLICY ON CUSTOM ORDERS
Due to personal design on these products, Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED more than 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email due to the custom and made to order processes involved.
Delivery times for items vary depending on numerous factors. Due to the process of designing, setting, printing, cutting, and packing of Custom Products, these can take between 2-3 weeks for orders to dispatch.
These times can increase during busy periods and we apologize for any delay, however we prefer to spend that little bit of extra time on your design than rush a job.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail tracked to send our items. Once shipped, the customer will receive an email notification with tracking number. We ship international as well.
